How to make big msn emoticons?

Hello!
I’ve made a cool emoticon to use for msn messenger, but msn automaticly resize it.
i know that it is possible to make emoticons bigger than this, but i dont know how.
if have mac, so if thats possible i’d be very glad. bu i also have access to pc
